SMTMATE® 1200
The SMTMATE 1200 is mainly used for LED manufacture. It has four nozzles with conveyors. PCB area is 1200 x 240 mm. The compressor has to connect within the external. It has a widely adjustable conveyor for place various sizes of the board. We have to attach 12 no of feeder in this machine. It has support 8mm,12mm,16mm,24mm feeder, vibrator feeder & IC tray.It supports .csv / .txt format file for make a program.It has easy access to GUI software. It has five HDCCD cameras. One is the mark camera; it is used to find the placement of the components on the PCB board. Then it has four HSPD cameras to identify the RLC components.
