The SMTMATE 460 is an inline machine. It has four nozzles with conveyors. This machine is suitable for make the SMT line. The compressor has to connect within the external. It has a widely adjustable conveyor for place various sizes of the board. We have to attach 42 no of feeder in this machine. It has support 8mm,12mm,16mm,24mm feeders, vibrator feeder & IC tray.It support .csv / .txt format file for make a program.It has easy access to GUI software. It has six cameras. One is the mark camera; it is used to find the component placement on the PCB board. Another one is an HD camera to adjust the component angle. Then it has four HSPD cameras to identify the RLC components.
