The SMTMATE 880 is an inline machine. It has eight nozzles with conveyors.This machine is suitable to make the SMT line. The compressor has to connect within the external. It has a widely adjustable conveyor for place various sizes of the board. We have to attach 84 no of Feeder in this machine. It has support 8mm,12mm,16mm,24mm feeders, vibrator feeder & IC tray.It can support .csv / .txt format file for make a program.It has easily access GUI software. It has 10 cameras. one is a mark camera; it is used to find the component placement on the PCB board. Another one is HD camera to adjust the component angle. Then it has eight HSPD cameras to identify the RLC components.
